Chris21 consulting encompasses all facets of Chris21, from configuration, to implementation of modules, to extracting accrurate and meaningful data via reports, to issue resolution. In fact, any area of your Chris21 system where you need the help of an expert Chris21 consultant.

The upshot of this is that the two systems are the same. They only differ in the frontend, the look and feel.

This means that a Chris21 consultant can support both Chris21 and iChris in the same way. I still talk in terms of Chris21 but if you have iChris, then you can receive the same support.

In recent years there has been increased demand for assistance with Chris21 integrations. Usually, these integrations are with workforce management systems such as Workday and Oracle Fusion. Or onboarding systems.

More and more organisations are choosing these systems due to their ease of use and powerful features. Of course, there is still a requirement to feed data into Chris21.

This is where integration assistance is required. This is specialised work that will ensure valid and accrurate data is exchanged between Chris21 and the external system.
